Some domains hosted on our secondary nameserver cluster saw slower-than-usual DNS resolution. Traffic was rerouted to the primary cluster while we patched the resolver.
A network switch fault on one Mumbai rack slowed RDP session logins. Traffic was shifted to a redundant switch and the faulty hardware was replaced same day.
Scheduled database migration on dash.skyserver.in ran longer than planned, taking the panel offline briefly. Hosting and VPS services were unaffected throughout.
A upstream carrier issue caused intermittent packet loss for VPS nodes routed through Noida. We failed over to a backup carrier link until the upstream issue was resolved.
